Mercella & Cecily’s, Inc. is owned and operated by
Lorna
M. Clarke. She is a graduate of New York City Technical
College with a Bachelor of Technology degree in
Hospitality Management. Her career started as a Hostess
for a Soul cuisine restaurant and lead to being a Senior
Event Assistant for one of the top premier
off-premise caterers in
New York City, Tentation Potel & Chabot. She also worked
as a Catering Sales Manager for the Jacob K. Javits
Convention Center in New York City, before venturing out
on her own to form Mercella & Cecily’s, Inc.
